The building delimits the old part of Vic and the new part. The building contains a central walking communication area where there is the pedestrian access, and it works as a street of the old city of Vic. This area is also used for delimit the different uses of the complex: Theatre, Auditorium, School of Music and Conservatory. The roof and the facades unify the building and freeing up around a large urban park in relation to the Meder River.
